Dublin Bus wishes to advise customers that from 10 May 2021, public transport will operate at 50% capacity under new public health measures announced by the Government.

On-board signage has been changed to reflect the updated restrictions. We would ask customers to please continue to adhere to our social distancing measures on-board.

We remind customers that wearing a face covering is mandatory on public transport.  We also ask customers to continue to:

  • Give priority to people with a disability, older people or a pregnant person for seating downstairs when travelling on the bus.
  • Exit through the centre doors when possible.
  • Leave windows open for ventilation.
  • Carefully follow the guidelines set out by the Government and the Department of Health while travelling on our services.

Customers can also get updates on Facebook, follow us on Twitter @dublinbusnews or call our customer service line on (01) 8734222, lines open from 07:00 - 19:00hrs Monday to Friday and 08:00 – 18:00hrs Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
