We are pleased to announce that 60 additional buses are being provided on selected routes throughout the city, meaning there’ll be an improved service in the mornings and at weekends. Saving you a little drama…

Routes 1, 15, 15a, 15b and 27 now have additional departure times, more frequent services and earlier start times each morning. In addition Routes 15a, 15b and 15d are now re-routed in the city centre. The routes go directly from College Green to Townsend Street/Pearse Street towards Ringsend Depot, saving you up to 10 minutes on your journey time.
Route 14 now has an improved Monday to Friday service with more buses serving Beaumont Hospital from Eden Quay in the morning peak. The route also has significant improvements to the weekend timetable.
There are also some minor timetable changes on Routes 27a, 53, 77a
Route 53 now serves an even wider community Monday to Friday by connecting Gardiner Street, Sean McDermott Street Lower, Buckingham Street Upper, Summerhill, Cumberland Street North and the O’Connell Street area of the North Inner City to Dublin Port.
Route 61 has a minor timetable change Monday to Friday.
Route 84/a now has 4 additional journeys each week day (Monday-Friday)/ The new early morning and afternoon departures will provide a more frequent service.
