Dublin Bus wishes to advise customers that due to essential maintenance works at Cross Guns Bridge, Whitworth Rd will be closed to all traffic from 8pm Saturday 5th May, until 11am Sunday 6th May.

Buses will be unable to serve bus stops on Dorset St and Whitworth Rd for the duration of these works.

Northbound; routes 40, 40b & 40d will operate from Parnell Sq West via Western Way, Phibsboro Rd to Hart's Corner (as route 9), then back to normal route.

Southbound; routes 40, 40b & 40d will operate from Hart's Corner via Phibsboro Rd, N.C.Rd to Dorset St, then back to normal route.
