Dublin Bus is one of the top performers in National Transport Authority customer satisfaction survey

92% of Dublin Bus customers are satisfied with their bus services according to research undertaken on behalf of the National Transport Authority (NTA) by Kantar MillwardBrown.  This survey, conducted over the last few months, shows Dublin Bus is one of Ireland’s leading performing public transport provider in terms of customer satisfaction. 

Dublin Bus CEO Ray Coyne,  said “I’m delighted to hear our customers telling us they recognise Dublin Bus is providing a great service.  I want to thank them for their support and thank our employees for their professionalism and hard work.  This research shows our commitment to our customers and to providing a world class public transport service is delivering success. We will introduce up to 80 buses to the fleet as part of our fleet replacement programme in 2018. These buses will enter service on a phased basis from spring 2018 and will further enhance the comfort and reliability of our services for customers. With the continued support of the NTA we will build on this positive news with further service enhancements planned throughout 2018, to the benefit of Dublin and our customers.”
