Published on Friday, April 08, 2011

Dublin Bus wishes to advise customers of the below changes from Sunday 17th April.

Route 37 will now serve the Blanchardstown Centre and have a minor timetable change.  This will provide customers in the Blackhorse Avenue, Castleknock and Carpenterstown areas with a frequent and direct bus connection to the Blanchardstown Centre on all journeys.

Route 38 will have a minor timetable change.  Changes to this service will improve reliability and follows feedback from customers and a post implementation review. The timetables have also been adjusted to reflect changing customer loading patterns.

Route 38a will in future operate from Damastown via Blanchardstown Village and Scott’s Junction to the N3 bypass and on to Baggot Street (Grand Canal). This will increase bus services in the Blanchardstown Village area and will also improve the reliability of the service. The timetables have also been adjusted to reflect changing customer loading patterns.

Route 38b will operate a morning peak service from Damastown to Baggot Street (Grand Canal) via Blanchardstown bypass (i.e. the current route 38a alignment).  Changes to this service will improve reliability and follows feedback from customers and a post implementation review.

Route 39 and 39a will have minor timetable changes. Changes to this service will improve reliability and follows feedback from customers and a post implementation review. The timetables have also been adjusted to reflect changing customer loading patterns.
