Error with Online Customer Comment Form

We wish to advise customers that due to a technical issue all submissions made through our online Customer Comment Form between 08.41 Tuesday 21 February and 15.00 Wednesday 22 February were blocked and deleted in error.  

Unfortunately, due to this error,  we have no way of retrieving these complaints.  We wish to apologise to all our customers that have been affected by this error and encourage anyone wishing to re-submit their complaint to do so by emailing their details to alternatively you can call us on 01 8734222.
