Dublin Bus wishes to advise customers that services are operating as normal today, Saturday 10 September. This includes Airlink, sightseeing tours and Nitelink (Saturday night/Sunday morning).
Advice for Customers on Refunds due to Industrial Action
Dublin Bus will issue customers with annual and monthly tickets on Leap Cards with a refund for each day lost due to the industrial action. Customers can collect their refund at our Head Office on 59, Upper O’Connell Street. Refunds should be claimed once the dispute is resolved.
Customers who purchased tickets for Dublin Bus Sightseeing Tours and Airlink can contact +353 1 7033028 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a refund or to reschedule a tour.
